Core Platform Principle: Hallbee is strictly a discovery and direct venue owner contact marketplace. Hallbee does not conduct online reservations, process booking payments, or act as an event contractor. All booking contracts, payments, cancellations, and terms are concluded directly between the venue owner and the customer.

1. Discovery Platform Nature

Hallbee provides party-hall information, facility overviews, verified owner contact numbers, and owner-maintained availability schedules for convenience. Viewing an available slot does not constitute a confirmed reservation until confirmed with the owner.

2. Venue Owner Responsibilities

Venue owners registering party halls affirm that they possess legal ownership or authorized management of the facility. Owners agree to provide truthful pricing, accurate capacities, real venue photographs, and up-to-date availability records.

3. Customer Inquiries & Conduct

Customers may contact venue owners directly through telephone or WhatsApp for legitimate booking inquiries. Misuse of owner contact details for unsolicited promotions or harassment is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hallbee is not liable for disputes, cancellations, facility deficiencies, or monetary transactions occurring between owners and customers outside the platform.
